Description:

A traditional charcoal roasted oolong tea is becoming rare, not only because of the difficulty in controlling the heat of charcoal, but also the long process that may take days. Ainsi Thé selects this oolong spring tea from the Lishan tea plantation and delegates it to a specialist roaster. The tea has a distinct charcoal aroma and taste, which is well balanced. The warm and rich note of blooming flowers lingers in the mouth.

Brewing suggestion:

Tea to water ratio｜5g: 100ml

First infusion｜92°c - 55s

Second infusion｜92°c - 30s
