From Ruisui Township, Hualien County, honey black tea is made by chin-shin-oolong that is infested by tea green leafhopper. The tea is pure amber in color, with hints of orange. Following the black tea procedures and slow fire roasting, an impression of longan flower and smoky cashew aroma presents, followed by roasting overtones. The tea has a fine, rose-like boutique on the palate, with great grape sweetness.
