Dayuling oolong tea is one of the representatives of Taiwan’s alpine tea. As the Dayuling tea area is the highest tea plantation in Taiwan, the tea area can reach an altitude of 2,600 meters, and the annual average temperature is usually below 20 degrees celsius. Thanks to the terroir, Dayuling oolong tea has strong umami and savory taste. With a delicate mineral note, Dayuling oolong tea gives a long and rounded aftertaste.
